The terms for Commently, the tool that helps YouTube creators answer their comments.

The services
Commently helps YouTube creators with comment marketing. Commently Replies is a Chrome extension that drafts replies to comments on your own YouTube videos, from the video's transcript.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us at hello@trycommently.com if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under it. Use Commently only with YouTube channels you own or are allowed to manage.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew each month until you cancel. Each plan includes a set number of drafted replies and channels per billing period. Every draft counts, including a new draft you ask for on the same comment. Unused replies do not carry over and the count resets at the start of each billing period.
Cancelling
Cancel at any time from your billing page, which opens the Stripe billing portal. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and does not renew after that.
No auto-posting
Commently Replies posts nothing you have not approved. Drafts wait in one review list; after you approve them, the extension posts them one by one from your own browser, at a human pace. With Insert only, it places each draft in YouTube's own reply box and nothing is published until you click Reply. You are responsible for every reply you post, so read each draft first and edit it when it is not right.
YouTube and Google
Commently Replies works inside YouTube in your own browser and posts from your own YouTube session, not through the YouTube API. Commently comment marketing uses YouTube API Services; by using it you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and your Google data is handled under the Google Privacy Policy. Our own handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy. You can remove comment marketing's access from your Google security settings.
Acceptable use
Do not use Commently to send spam, harass people, mislead viewers, impersonate anyone, post anything unlawful or break YouTube's Community Guidelines. Do not try to break, overload, copy or resell the service, or get around plan limits. We may suspend accounts that do.
Drafts and your content
Your videos, comments and replies stay yours. Drafts are written by software from your video's transcript and can be wrong, so you decide what gets posted. You give us permission to process your content only to run the service for you.
Changes and availability
We work to keep Commently running, but YouTube can change its pages and policies, so a feature may stop working for a while. We may update these terms; when the change matters, we email you before it applies.
Liability
Commently is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim.
